You will find our studio in a tranquil side street in the centre of Argelès sur Mer. Its spaciousness lends itself to artistic creativity; this setting will help and encourage you to reach your full creative potential in which ever medium you choose. There is a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful roof terrace and an interesting library. The studio, equipped with easels, drawing boards and other basic artistic needs, is ready and waiting for you. In a local shop you can buy supplementary materials.
We organise tuition for
watercolour, painting, drawing, art felt work, and sculpture in clay – or you can come and just use the facilities and work on your own. If you are a teacher, you can set up your own workshop and bring your own students. See our planned courses under “Courses”.
It is all yours
In our kitchen you can cook fresh farm vegetables and fish caught the same day. You can enjoy the local cheeses, the fresh fruit and delicious gateaux, all of which are available just outside the door. On the terrace you can relax or work under a clear blue sky or you can enjoy the art library in a comfortable living room. There are many excellent small inexpensive and expensive cafes and restaurants near by.

I, Cristina, come from Denmark. I work with painting and sculpture, and have lived in France for over 20 years. I have now involved myself with this project of my heart and soul and I would love to share it and these beautiful surroundings with you.
